The current service is Cisco Unified Communications Manager, based on Cisco technology . It is based on premise, over the NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board COIN network, in the two data centres that are managed by NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board staff. It is anticipated that there will be suppliers that can continue to support the same physical setup.
