Horsham District Council (the Council) is working in partnership with Horsham BID Limited and together invites tenders for the supply, installation and maintenance of Christmas lights as set out in these documents. Funding will be provided by both parties. The contractor will be expected to liaise and work with representatives from both parties. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the services is scheduled to be on 30th September 2024 at 00:00 hours.
