What the notice says

The Growth Company is seeking to engage with key local partners for our bid to Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA). As a provider delivering multiple IPS contracts including IPS in Primary Care, IPS Drug and Alcohol, IPS Severe Mental Illness and more recently Connect to Work, we understand what it takes to deliver high quality services and interventions for the target groups. Connect to Work is the first major element of the recently launched "Get Britain Working" White Paper. Nationally the programme will deliver support to 100,000 disabled people, people with health conditions, and those with complex barriers to get into employment and get on in work. Connect to Work will be a key mechanism for transforming the Liverpool City Region's employment support system, improving outcomes for individuals and families, and strengthening the local economy. LCRCA is looking to commission a single contractor to plan, mobilise and deliver high-fidelity supported employment across Liverpool City Region. The Growth Company is seeking expressions of interest from locally embedded partners able to deliver a proportion of this service alongside our own team of skilled and expert specialists. We are looking for providers who are able to deliver in one or more Local Authority areas within LCR. There are two approaches to the supported employment model - Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF). This opportunity is to deliver SEQF provision across Liverpool City Region. To apply for this EOI opportunity, please register as a supplier on the Panacea Supplier Platform at the following web address: https://app.panacea-software.com/growth Once you have accessed the site, to view the opportunity you need to navigate to 'Register Interest', click the 'Participate' Button, then navigate to 'My Questionnaires' where you will be able to download the relevant EOI document. Your EOI submission must be made on the Panacea Portal. The deadline for submission of the required EOI document is at 17:00pm on Thursday 14th May 2026.
