The contract will commence on 20th February 2025 and expire on 19th February 2035 with an option to extend for a further three (3) years followed by a further two (2). The exercise of the extension periods will be at the discretion of NORTH CUMBRIA INTEGRATED CARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST and the maximum contract length will be 15 years.
