This EOI is not intended for organisations without relevant regulatory standing, sector experience, or operational capability to deliver the products and services described. A full Invitation to Tender, including detailed requirements, product specifications, evaluation criteria, and procurement timescales, will be issued in due course to organisations that register their interest and are considered capable of meeting PDSA's requirements. Register interest by contacting tenders@pdsa.org.uk, quoting "Veterinary Pharmaceutical Supply - EOI" in the subject line. Registration of interest does not constitute a commitment by PDSA to invite any organisation to tender, nor does it form part of any pre-qualification or guarantee progression to the ITT stage.
