This is a variation of the contract described below to include project specific monitoring services to support build-to-suit warehouse developments. There is an option to extend the contract for incrementally 12 months at a time for a total of 24 months (Contract Total being 48 months) This is a variation to include project specific monitoring services to support build-to-suit warehouse developments.
