Mole Valley District Council ("the Council") invites tenders for the provision of Postal Collection and Delivery as set out in these documents. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the ​services​ is scheduled to be on ​Wednesday 01 October 2025​ at 00:00 hours. The Contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years until ​Saturday 30 September 2028​ with an option to extend for a further 2 x 24-month periods subject to performance and the absolute discretion of the Council (i.e. the latest possible contract end date, if all extension options are utilised is 30 September 2032).
