Supply of Water and Wastewater Services is business critical and the Council's aim is to ensure that it appoints a competent and reliable supplier for the supply of water and wastewater services within corporate buildings, which maximises both cost and environmental benefits. The supplier will be required to work in partnership with the Council to achieve this aim. The proposal is to harmonise the service for 186 properties over the legacy councils onto one contract. 55 sites in former South Lakeland District Council are currently in contract until 31 January 2025. These will transfer over on to the framework on 1 February 2025. N.B.
