Acis Group - Internal, external and associated works

The works comprise internal, external and associated improvement works to properties owned and/or managed by the Employer within the defined contract area. The scope includes, but is not limited to, roofing, rainwater goods, external building fabric, insulation, solar PV installations, kitchen and bathroom replacements, and electrical works. The Contract will be let on the basis of the JCT Measured Term Contract 2016, for an initial period of 12 months, commencing on 1 November 2026 and expiring on 31 October 2027. The Employer may, at its sole discretion, extend the Contract for up to three further periods of 12 months each, subject to a maximum contract expiry date of 31 October 2030. There is no guaranteed minimum value, volume of work or order commitment under the Contract. However, for indicative purposes only, it is anticipated that orders with an aggregate value of between £0 and £3,000,000 per annum may be instructed during the Contract term. This figure is an estimate only and does not constitute a commitment or guarantee by the Employer. This underlying Contract is awarded by way of Direct Award under Lot 30A - Whole House Internal and External Installation Works (Less than £3m) (Yorkshire & Humberside) of the EN Framework Agreement for the Provision of Installation, Servicing, Repairs & Maintenance (4th Generation), dated 26 February 2024 (OJEU Contract Notice: 2023/S 000-019535).
