Under US laws and regulations, advising on any charity law and company law matters that might be applicable. Under US laws and regulations, advising on any health & safety related legislation and regulations. Under US laws and regulations, advising on any safeguarding related regulations. Under US laws and regulations, advising on company sectorial matters.
