What the notice says

Staffordshire County Council wishes to procure a comprehensive Adult and Children's Care Management Solution to replace an existing system. The system will be configured as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution and will for a period of up to 15 years, with an initial five-year period followed by two optional five-year extension periods. This procurement is being undertaken via a Further Competition call-off from Lot 12 of the 1095 Software Applications Solutions Framework Agreement, managed by the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO).
