What the notice says

This award is for Stage 1 works only: Full Business Case Development Full Business Case Determination Stage 2 - will be awarded once the Council receives approval from WYCA, should the price exceed the FBC budget, the project may not proceed. The Steeton and Silsden Active Travel Corridor Scheme is a City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS) project being delivered by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (the Client).
