What the notice says

The selected supplier, MITIE TECHNICAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT LIMITED, will provide Total Facilities Management services for both the NAO London and Newcastle offices. The contract would run initially for five years, from Friday 1 April 2022 to Wednesday 31 March 2027, with the option to extend for two years until Saturday 31 March 2029. The total contract value is £21.1m inclusive of VAT over the seven-year contract duration. As of November 2026, the contract has been extended until Saturday 31 March 2029.
