What the notice says

NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board are seeking a lead provider to deliver a Partnership Inclusion of Neurodiversity in Schools (PINS) Service in Northamptonshire. Funding will be used to commission interventions, training venues and expenses where required to provide 37.5 hours of interventions per participating school. Up to 70 schools in the county will be engaged as part of the funding. The lead provider will manage all aspects of the project with support from a partnership project steering group and be required to make use of existing partner resources wherever possible for the management and facilitation of the project. The majority of the commissioned services will be provided as soon as they can mobilise until March 2026. Further details on the service are available in the attached documents. There is an expectation to develop a sustainability plan to ensure programme benefits beyond this period of ICB funding. Interested providers are asked to complete the attached expression of interest form (EoI) and return via the Atamis e-tendering portal (https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome) by 12pm noon on Friday 20th June 2025. The highest scoring provider who meets the requirements of the EoI will be taken forward to a grant agreement at the Commissioners discretion. The total funding available for this grant is £169,000 with a further £40,000 pre-allocated to West Northamptonshire Voices in Partnership (WNVP) and North Northamptonshire Parent Carer Voices (NPCV). The provider must be willing to work in partnership with other organisations and stakeholders where required as part of any service delivery. Additional information: To express interest and participate in the tender, please register and apply via Atamis e-sourcing portal https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome.
