Contract can be awarded for a period of 5 years plus an additional 12 month extension option. Contract term is dependent on how long prices can be fixed. If suppliers cannot fix for this period, please indicate how long prices can be fixed for. Carriage charge MUST be included if appropriate. Prices offered will be benchmarked using NHS Spend Comparison tool to ensure we are paying the best price. We expect to be offered prices in line with other NHS Trusts. Volumes are not guaranteed, but are estimated based on historical usage over a 1 year period.
