The health cash plan is a flexible benefit whereby if the organisation invests the very minimum staff have the option to increase their own premium and benefits accordingly and starts at just £6.93 per month. The Health Cash Plan covers Dental, Optical, Diagnostic, Hospital In-Patient and Day-Case Surgery, Health Screening and a GP Helpline and Private Prescription Service.
