As such, the City Council will place an advert in Find a Tender Service (FTS), publish an award notice and comply with the principles of transparency and equal treatment.\\r The Flexible approach means that the Tender will open t set periods to allow new Providers onto the Framework. Following the initial tender stage the will be a second opportunity for providers to join the framework after 6 months and then every 12 months following this. *** This is the reopening of this framework at the first 6 month interval ***
