What the notice says

The Asset Health Metric will succeed Asset Condition as the primary metric used to measure, monitor and set targets for the performance of the Environment Agency's Flood and Coastal Risk Management, Navigation and Water, Land and Biodiversity assets. The metric will consist of multiple factors or 'health indicators' which better describe the overall likelihood of an assets ability to perform than Asset Condition.
