Durham County council requires the renewal of annual Talkative enterprise licence (including AI licence) to allow Customer Service and frontline digital interactivity to continue for DCC customers, therefore due to the short nature of this contract, it was identified that liaising directly with the incumbent provider via RM6116 was the most suitable RtM.
