As part of the process to understand existing buildings emissions and deliver carbon reductions, Westmorland and Furness Council ("the Authority"), working with the 69 maintained schools, wishes to undertake a programme of Building Condition Surveys (on site) and preparation of Heat Decarbonisation Plans (desktop study) for each school building.
